- Zero digital brand presence for a premium product — AlSamriya's Omega-3, antibiotic-free, hormone-free eggs were invisible online while generic competitors dominated shelf space with price-based positioning
- No mechanism to communicate the product's health differentiators (Omega-3 rich, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, premium quality) beyond what could fit on a physical carton label in a supermarket aisle
