I architected the complete digital platform for MegaWatt Video Game Party — a multi-page WordPress site with deep Bookeo booking integration, tiered package pricing, automated travel surcharges across 20+ Minnesota counties, and an add-on upsell system that turned a phone-dependent party business into a 24/7 self-booking revenue engine.

The Narrative

MegaWatt operated a 30-foot video game trailer — the most exciting party entertainment in Southern Minnesota. But their booking process was stuck in 2005: phone calls, voicemails, and manual coordination. Every missed call during a party was a lost booking. Every pricing question required a personal conversation. The business was leaving thousands on the table because the booking friction was higher than the excitement of the product.

Designed a dedicated Service Area page displaying all 20+ counties with exact surcharge pricing — from FREE (Olmsted County) to $120 (Hennepin/Minneapolis) — eliminating the most common pre-booking question,Organized surcharge data in a scannable 4-column grid layout so customers could find their county in under 5 seconds,Added a 'Don't see your town?' CTA that funneled edge-case inquiries to the contact form instead of losing them entirely
